- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never written a review on anything before but thought this instance was worthy of one. My 8 year old son has had insomnia for 2 weeks straight now and is terrified of going to bed. We have seen counselors and have tried everything we know so we wanted to get him in to see his pediatrician. I called and said that I needed an appointment right away so they went to schedule it and told me that I have a balance from 2015 that hasn't been paid and they would not see him until I paid it. I'm not sure what happened there however we have been there since 2015 and was never told about that nor did I receive a bill AND we have always had consistent insurance. I will get this figured out and never go back and make sure I let anyone searching for a pediatric office my experience.February 11, 2017by Kayla Webber
